ENGINEERING
Together with our customers, we develop bespoke solutions for the cost-effective manufacture of both new and existing products – a challenge that calls for a high degree of innovation and skill.
PROTOTYPES
At E. Rihs AG, we specialise in the production of prototypes while taking account of all the crucial factors, such as material, functionality and producibility.
STAMPING
With our modern stamping presses – which have a capacity of up to 80 tonnes – we produce highly sophisticated stamped parts for, inter alia, the electrical, medical and automotive engineering industries.
PRECISION ASSEMBLY
We join together components manufactured by us to create complete assemblies. If the high quantities involved make it financially viable, this process is fully automated; with smaller quantities, it is semi-automated.
PROCESSING & FINISHING OF STAMPED PARTS
The deburring method that we carry out in-house is slide grinding. We employ all the common techniques associated with this method and follow defined formulas to ensure maximum process stability.
